YOGA STUDIO
The Y supports healthy lifestyles by reaching out to and engaging all those
who seek well-being of spirit, mind and body. Whether a beginner or
veteran, we have the right yoga class for you. The Y offers heated vinyasa
flow, as well as a few other styles of unheated yoga as well. All taught at
the lower level of the Lily Pond House.

AFTERSCHOOL CHILD CARE
Grades K-5
Monday–Friday: End of school until 5:30 PM
Your child will have the chance to express their  talents creatively and
physically, while taking advantage of all the Y has to offer. Our afterschool
program provides a caring environment to challenge children, while
allowing youth to feel ownership of the program.

TRAINING STUDIO
You will experience a variety of training services for members and
non-members who are looking for on-going guidance and support or
extra motivation and inspiration to achieve goals and get results. Our
services range from Coached Workouts to Sports Specific Training.  
Also, for cost savings we offer Buddy System and Small Group session.

FAMILY PRIME TIME
Ages: 1-12 (competent walker)
Complimentary with any Family or Single Parent Family membership.
Children have the opportunity to interact with peers while
parents/guardians are utilizing the Y. Prime Time is designed to provide
short durations of supervised care while parents are in the building.

Mission Statement: KCCHC seeks to create a healthy Knox County for all
community members and to work collaboratively with all sectors of the
Maine Public Health Infrastructure to achieve this mission.

Vision: The Knox County Community Health Coalition (KCCHC) will
identify, recommend and assist efforts to enhance the overall quality of life
and health in Knox County. KCCHC will assess and monitor the health of
our communities, identifying populations at risk of health problems,
providing health promotion and disease prevention services, and access to
cost-effective healthcare. KCCHC will promote a livable wage for all
community members, work to reduce substance abuse, create
opportunities for individuals to empower themselves, improve affordable
transportation and communicate effectively with each other on common
concerns.
