WEAR AND TEAR FEE
This is a one-time fee, at the start of a new membership. It will be utilized to help refurbish must
be paid again. The Wear and Tear fees are as follows:

Monday - Friday:      5:30AM - 9:00 PM (Pool opens at 6:00 AM)
Saturday:                7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday:                  12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

TOURS - Come on by!
The Penobscot Bay YMCA invites anyone to utilize our services and facility. You are welcome to
stop in and tour the facilities at your convenience.

LOST AND FOUND POLICY
Due to a lack of storage space, we can only hold lost items for one week from the day they were
placed in the lost and founds bin. At that time, all items will be donated to a local charity.

MILITARY FAMILIES
Families of active duty military personnel may receive a YMCA membership. Active duty orders and
military ID must be presented when joining. For more information, please stop by our front desk or
call the YMCA, 236.3375.

FACILITY CLOSING
The YMCA may close due to uncontrollable conditions such as weather. Closings will be posted in
advance when possible on local radio and TV stations, Village Soup Online and our website. To get
notifications by phone or e-mail, please join our mailing list.

MEMBERSHIP FOR ALL
The Penobscot Bay YMCA is excited to announce a new initiative called Membership for All.  
Membership for All (MFA) is an income-based, pricing structure for membership that is designed to
adjust the membership rate based on household income. This initiative fits the Penobscot Bay
YMCA's mission of keeping the Y accessible to everyone regardless of financial capacity and is
anchored firmly in the Y's commitment to social responsibility.

OPEN DOOR PROGRAM
Our Open Door Program requires additional steps which includes a letter and a one-on-one meeting
to discuss your special circumstances. If you are in need, please contact Sandy Bodamer at
